Fresh ingredients brought forth by the natural environment that surrounds Hita as well as the skills inherited from the times when the hotel used to be a traditional Japanese restaurant are combined to create a large selection of unique dishes.
From May 20th to late October, meals can be enjoyed on the river while watching cormorant fishing, as has been done since the Tenryo era. The fisherman’s techniques as well as the reflection of the fire they use for fishing will mesmerize you. In the winter, you can also enjoy sake while looking at the snowy surroundings. These activities are only possible because our hotel is located by the Mikuma River.
